Choose from online / in person individual or online small group coaching!
We begin with a complimentary online or phone session with the young person, parent or together. I will explain the coaching process and clarify your goals and hopes for coaching. If you think we are a good fit and would like to proceed, we will make a time to start.Â
I will guide you through the five steps of POWER Coaching to create a personalised plan that will include strategies and steps that will take your performance to a new level.Â
We will complete the plan over a 2 x 1 hour in person or online coaching sessions.Â
These are the steps I will take you through….
- Review how you feel about your current school performance.
- Identify how you would love it to be.
- Assess your current personal & academic performance in 10 priority areas.
- Set goals and make a personalised plan to improve your performance.
- Weigh up the costs and benefits of making the effort.
- Identify potential blockers and the skills you will need.
- Identify the SMART steps you can take to get started.
After your personalised learning plan has been completed, we can continue to meet to help you stay focused, motivated and committed to your goals. In our regular sessions we will review your progress, address any challenges and celebrate your achievements. The duration and frequency of our sessions are flexible depending on your needs.Â
