We begin with a complimentary online or phone session with the young person, parent or together. I will explain the coaching process and clarify your goals and hopes for coaching. If you think we are a good fit and would like to proceed, we will make a time to start. 

As a dedicated School Performance Coach, I specialise in helping individual students unlock their full potential by equipping them with the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to achieve academic success and personal growth.

I will guide you through the five steps of POWER Coaching to create a personalised plan that will include strategies and steps that will take your performance to a new level. 

We will complete the plan over a 2 x 1 hour in person or online coaching sessions.

After your personalised learning plan has been completed, we can continue to meet to help you stay focused, motivated and committed to your goals. In our regular sessions we will review your progress, address any challenges and celebrate your achievements. The duration and frequency of our sessions are flexible depending on your needs.

I deliver coaching services online or face to face in your home by arrangement. I also offer walk and talk coaching in Greenwich Park, London. Plus coaching workshops at different locations, in schools and online.
