As a dedicated Peer Support Coach, I specialize in equipping student and youth leaders, as well as volunteers, with advanced coaching skills to help others unlock their full potential, whether in academic success or personal growth.
I will guide you in creating a supportive environment through strength-based and solution-focused communication, utilizing the GOAL structure. This approach will empower you to assist others in setting clear goals, overcoming obstacles, and developing practical, achievable steps to reach desired outcomes.
