As a dedicated Peer Support Coach, I specialize in equipping student and youth leaders, as well as volunteers, with advanced coaching skills to help others unlock their full potential, whether in academic success or personal growth.

I will guide you in creating a supportive environment through strength-based and solution-focused communication, utilizing the GOAL structure. This approach will empower you to assist others in setting clear goals, overcoming obstacles, and developing practical, achievable steps to reach desired outcomes.

We begin with a complimentary online or phone session. I will outline  the advanced coaching skills coaching process and clarify your goals and hopes for being a peer mentor. If you think we are a good fit and would like to proceed, we will make a time to start.

After your personalised learning plan has been completed, we can continue to meet to help you stay focused, motivated and committed to your growth as a Peer Coach. In our regular sessions we will review your progress, address any challenges and celebrate your achievements. The duration and frequency of our sessions are flexible depending on your needs.

Yes, in most cases, coaching and counselling can complement each other. For example, a person might work with a counselor to address emotional or psychological concerns and then seek a coach for goal-setting and personal development.

I deliver coaching services online or face to face in your home by arrangement. I also offer walk and talk coaching in Greenwich Park, London. Plus coaching workshops at different locations, in schools and online.

Many insurances do not classify life coaching as a covered item. It is important to check with your provider.
